Welcome to Chopper Deck. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. GENERAL
This website is operated by Chopper Deck ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all policies referenced herein (Pre-Order & Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Cancellation, and Privacy). If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order.

2. PRODUCTS
- All products are decorative desk alarm clocks. They are made to order for each customer.
- The exhaust vapor and cockpit glow are LED light effects and a small ultrasonic mist module. Our products do NOT produce real flames, fire, smoke, or combustion.
- Our products are stationary. They do NOT lift off, fly, hover, roll, or drive; the main rotor and tail rotor spin at a slow idle speed and the chopper vibrates in place during the alarm, by design.
- Product images and videos may include stylized or illustrative effects. Actual product features are described honestly in each listing. By ordering you confirm you understand exactly what the product is and does.
- Colors and finishes may vary slightly from screen to real life due to display and lighting differences.
- US ARMY stencil markings and unit insignia are used decoratively for authenticity of the collector piece and do not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by the United States Army or any government agency.

3. PRE-ORDER & MADE TO ORDER
All items are sold as pre-order and produced after purchase. Production and shipping timeframes are stated in our Pre-Order & Shipping Policy. By ordering, you accept these timeframes.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock/production issues. If we cancel, you will be refunded.
- You confirm the payment method used is yours and that all information provided is accurate.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final except for defective or damaged items, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy. Please read those policies before ordering.

6. SHIPPING & RISK
Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk passes to you once the item is delivered to the address you provided. Incorrect addresses entered at checkout are the customer's responsibility.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — logos, images, videos, text, and the Chopper Deck brand — is our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chopper Deck is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. PRODUCT USE
Our products are decorative desk items for indoor use by adults. Keep away from young children. Use as intended. We are not responsible for misuse.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
