RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Every Chopper Deck alarm clock is custom made to order for each individual customer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or personal preference.

We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item.
- Not liking the look, size, color, weight, or sound once it arrives.
- Expecting features the product does not have. Please note clearly:
   – The product does NOT emit real flames, fire, smoke, or combustion. The exhaust vapor is a small ultrasonic mist effect and the cockpit glow is an LED LIGHT EFFECT ONLY, shown as vapor and light in all product images and videos.
   – The product does NOT lift off, fly, hover, roll, or drive. It is a stationary desk alarm clock — the main rotor and tail rotor spin at a slow idle speed and the chopper vibrates in place on its brushed steel deck base during the alarm, by design.
   – The US ARMY stencil markings and unit insignia are decorative only and do not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by the United States Army or any government agency.
- The normal pre-order production wait time you agreed to at checkout.

We DO offer a replacement or refund for:
- Items that arrive defective or damaged (broken parts, non-working alarm, non-working LED, non-working rotor, non-working turbine sound, damage in transit).
- Receiving the wrong item.

To make a valid claim, email chopperdeck.official@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the defect or damage. We will repair, replace, or refund the affected unit at our discretion.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After 24 hours, production has started and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded, except for defective or damaged items as described above.

Because each item is made to order, returned goods cannot be resold, which is why this policy is strict. Please read the full product description and watch the product videos before ordering — all features are shown honestly.
